Terms & ConditionsScope The following terms and conditions apply for the sale of goods and rendering of services provided by Wacom Australia through the BuyWacom.com.au website. Information Collection Wacom Australia requires the customer's personal data that they provide during the purchase or registration for the purpose of the contract execution. This includes both compulsory and voluntary data. The recorded and saved data includes, for example the name of the customer, their address, e-mail address and contact phone number. Wacom Australia collects and saves this data for itself and is not passed on to third parties Sale You submit a binding offer for the conclusion of a purchase order contract by completing an order on the BuyWacom.com.au website. Acceptance of the offer is via the delivery of the goods you have ordered. As confirmation of your order, you shall receive a copy of your order as an e-mail. Delivery period When checking out the cost of the freight is calculated by the weight of the order. Orders less than 1kg will be sent via Express Post. Orders larger than 1kg will be sent via
courier and a signature will be required on delivery. Orders for items which are in stock should arrive within 2-5 working days for major metropolitan areas of Australia.
Please allow longer for rural locations, Northern Territory and Western Australia.
Terms of payment Payment of the goods is effected by debiting the customer's credit card on the date the goods are sent. All goods remain the property of Wacom Australia until payment is made in full. Warranty The limitation period for defects is 12 months and begins on the date of invoice of the goods to the customer. If goods delivered by Wacom Australia contain a defect, Wacom Australia is initially entitled to either remedy the defect or carry out a replacement delivery at their own discretion. Any claims of the customer that go beyond this, in particular claims for damages including lost profit and claims on the grounds of other financial losses suffered by the customer, are excluded. Refunds/Returns Excluding warranty claims and purchases covered by our satisfaction guarantee requests for returns and refunds will be assesed on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss any returns. Any costs associated with retuning goods are the responsibility of the customer. |
