14 day Satisfaction Guarantee

Scope

The following policy applies to the sale of goods and rendering of services provided by BuyWacom Australia through the BuyWacom.com.au website. Specifically the 14 day Satisfaction Guarantee is only applicable to a purchase of a complete Bamboo 2nd Gen, Graphire Bluetooth or Intuos4 tablet. This policy does not apply to purchases of Bamboo 1st Gen, Graphire4, Interactive Pen Displays, Cintiq or tablet accessory purchases. Accessories purchased in conjunction with a Bamboo 2nd Gen, Graphire Bluetooth or Intuos4 tablet for use on said Bamboo 2nd Gen, Graphire Bluetooth or Intuos4 tablet are included in this policy.

Outline

A customer makes a purchase on BuyWacom.com.au as per normal. Within 14 days of receiving this purchase if the customer is dissatisfied with the product they may return it for a refund to their credit card of the purchase price, less the freight component of the original purchase. The return freight cost is the customers burden and we require goods to be sent via registered post. (Approx $15 from most major cities)

Customers wishing to return goods due to dissatisfaction must contact BuyWacom Australia by telephone within 14 days of receiving goods. BuyWacom Australia will confirm the condition and completeness of the goods during this phone call. If satisfied with the customers verbal description of the condition BuyWacom Australia will issue an RA number and return instructions to the customer.

Condition of Goods

To receive a full refund the goods must be returned in excellent condition complete with all packaging, manuals, CD's and any free with purchase promotional goods. If the goods are in less than excellent condition or missing any packaging etc.. they cannot be returned under this policy.
